EPI Track Spray is the perfect economical surface for athletic tracks in all types of weather conditions.

Cost-effective system

EPI Track Spray is an extremely cost-effective system for athletic tracks. The top wear layer is a structural spray coating consisting of a special PUR mixture mixed with selected EPDM rubber granules. The base consists of a prefabricated, resilient shock-absorbing layer.

This system provides an economical solution for institutional, recreational, and field training facilities with a textured surface.

Conditions and application time

  • Minimum substrate temperature: 10 °C and 3 °C above dew point.
  • Optimal temperature for application: 20°C.
  • Maximum relative humidity (R.H.): 85%.
  • Store only in the original container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
  • The surface to which the product is applied must be dry, clean and grease-free. Make a test surface first if you are in doubt about the adhesion quality.


The standard application time for EPI PU-Sport systems is approximately 5-6 days*, depending on floor size, local conditions and subfloor quality. (*excluding line markings)
