Electronics store Lunenburg in Nuland has been a household name in the region for years. The new store on the Rijksweg has a modern and industrial look. A look that fits the identity of the family business.

Not just any store

Lunenburg has distinguished themselves for years by their excellent service, product knowledge and inventory. The advisors take time for the customer. When you visit the store, you experience the feeling of coming home. This feeling is characterized by the tough and raw materials, such as wood and steel. “A cast floor fits the design of our store perfectly and EPI was able to supply us with this floor,” says Robbert van Hanenberg of Lunenburg.

Tough, sleek and industrial

“We have had the floor for a year now and are incredibly pleased with the end result. During the application process, we were allowed to give instructions on how we wanted the blend (ed. mix of two colors) in the floor. The sweeps in the store are unique and so we were literally able to customize the floor to our liking. In the store, the EPI Superbase is in a light and a dark gray blend. The different colors indicate well the separation of the various departments,” Robbert says.

“Our store attracts many visitors every day. The floor had to be wear-resistant and able to take a beating. The Superbase cast floor in a blend color has the character of a concrete-look floor, but has the advantages of a PU cast floor. This makes the floor incredibly strong and easy to maintain. With a store of more than 400m2, this is ideal,” says Robbert.
