In a luxury business complex where local and international professionals gather every day to work, hold meetings, and network, one thing was still missing: a place to clear your head after a busy workday. In addition to the many meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and event spaces that The HQ already offers, a dedicated on-site gym was therefore added. But a gym isn’t complete without the right flooring.

From a bare space to a luxury gym

Before we got to that point, the space was still a bare, unfinished space: a bare concrete floor, exposed cable ducts, and unfinished walls. It was exactly the kind of space where we got to put our By EPI Superbase Classic Blend to work in the color Natural Beach—a seamless poured floor designed to transform a bare gym space into a setting that matches the building’s luxurious character.

The result

The result is impressive. Where tools, building materials, and a rough subfloor once dominated the space, there is now a sleek, smooth Superbase poured floor that can easily handle the fitness equipment, weights, and daily training sessions. No joints, no seams—just a strong and attractive surface that blends seamlessly with the rest of the building.

As a result, The HQ’s gym has become an integral part of the complex: a place where employees can completely unwind after an intense day, on a floor that can handle it just as well.
